At NexaBharat.com, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms related to refunds for our subscription-based services.

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.

2. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, plan downgrades, or unused time. Once a payment is made for a billing cycle (monthly or annually), it is non-refundable.

3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • A demonstrable technical failure or prolonged service outage that prevented you from using the service.

  • Billing errors where you were charged incorrectly.

To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact our support team at support@nexabharat.com within 2 days of the transaction. All requests will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to grant or deny any refund request.

4. Free Trials
If you are on a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. We do not offer refunds if you forget to cancel your subscription before the trial period concludes.
